Hello, i made payment for LBE Monthly, but we didn't get access monthly to LBE software and we didn't receive any mail. Could you explain to me what the various account upgrades involve so I can understand what to buy? What does the purchase we made include?
We thought that the purchase we made would allow us to try lbe++ for one month. What do we have to do to test lbe++? We have to buy a one year license to try it out?
