Hi, can I please have some advice on how to fix my surface Pro 7? I have forgotten the BIOS password! I have tried booting a new version of windows via USB however, an error message keeps coming up saying "Couldn't find bootable operating system" and then prompts me for the password which I have forgotten. I can enter the BIOS but only a limited version. If I enter the Management tab in the BIOS it has an option to apply management file via USB. Is this something I could download off the internet or have I completely broken my brand new surface pro 7?? Is there anything I can do or is it for the bin? Please help??
