Surface Pro (5th edition) UEFI password

Hello, I sent you an email couple of days ago, but didn't get any response. My Surface Pro (5) has been reformated and UEFI locked by someone (it was stolen but I found the culprit). I can reinstall the OS fine but the UEFI boot option is locked by a password that no one has. I understand you could help me with this ?
