Need to add serial number and product number in my laptop

I have hp 15-da0091ne laptop
The tpm is not working and not visible in my bios
I figure it out that cuz the product number and serial number are removed
Any one can help me on this ?

Ps. I asked someone from the site, but he didnt reply ..

Load the original BIOS file and serial number here

Product number : 5ES92EA#ABV

And it shows that when i upload the bios file ..

Ps. I downloaded the original bios from hp.com
