How to extract Toshiba Portege Z930 UEFI/BIOS from .exe?

Dear Admin,

How to extract bios or uefi firmware from an exe file for Toshiba Portege Z930 model. I have tried few different files with all possible methods that I know so far but it gives an error shows below in the image. I am unable to extract the complete bios from exe. Plz help.

My Laptop Model is: Toshiba Portege Z930 (PT235A-03204X)
Motherboard Model: FAU25Y1 A3267A
BIOS Size: 8MB

I have also attached three different bios version exe files in rar. Please find these files attached.

This is not a tutorial. It's an error I am having while trying to extract this specific bios. Request to admin please upload a tutorial under this thread or create a new one once you find a solution. Thank you
