Problem Error 001 Processing file (LBE Ver 1.5)

Hi,

I saw an error message when I used LBE Ver 1.5 to clear ME about Lenovo 330 15IKB(Model:81DE00NLKR) as attached.
However I could clear the ME when I used LBE version 1.3.

Would you please explain me about the error message and a solution ?
