The BIOS (S530-13IWL) is working well. Thanks a lot for your support. As for the ME version 12-0-32-1421, the size is 5FEFD0h which is different from the old BIOS (27C000h) and version 12-0-32-1421 doesn't display Firmware SKU, PMC SKU. Thanks again for your support to solve the BIOS problem.

Thanks for your upload. By the way, I couldn't find 2 new ME files from LBE after I decompressed the ME files to ME folder as attached. I think that LBE program can only see ".aes" file extension but can't find ".bin" file extension. Would you advise me how to update the ME files ?

Hello, I have tested 2 BIOSes. The test result is as below. 1. p52 20MAZ456US_Cleared.bin is working well. 2. p52 20MAZ456US_Cleared_2_F.bin is not working which doesn't display anything. So we can use p52 20MAZ456US_Cleared.bin file. Thanks a lot for your help.
