Problem Lenovo Y530 15ICH ME Clear

Hello,

I need a support to clear ME about Y530 15ICH (model : 81FV003CKR).
When I tried to clear ME by using LBE, I couldn't find the same size as "x27c000" although there was same version as "12.0.0.1069" as attached.

Would you please help me clear the ME?
I'm attaching the BIOS as well.

Would you please explain me me how to clear the ME ?

The BIOS (S530-13IWL) is working well. Thanks a lot for your support.

As for the ME version 12-0-32-1421, the size is 5FEFD0h which is different from the old BIOS (27C000h)
and version 12-0-32-1421 doesn't display Firmware SKU, PMC SKU.
