Problem asus aspire r3 471t wont turn on

Hi I have an Asus aspire r3 v471t all voltage come on the circuit board the laptop blue light comes on for 2 min then shuts down the restart the fan spins for 10 seconds when you first plug in dc or press power button I change the bios and nothing change please help

hi sir am back with the same laptop r3 471 I just program the ite chip and bios am still getting no display just blank screen am getting all voltage come

Pls post correct model no you told Asus aspire r3 v471t. this is Acer or Asus.

sorry I do this sometimes with the name brands let me be more clear Acer r3 471 series
