Seagate 3.5" stays busy in PC3k (spin up ok, perfectly fine but BSY)

Hi Eng_osama,

I want to get a second opinion regarding my Seagate drive before i go ahead and replace the Heads on this drive.

Please note that i have not yet open the drive because i will try this first with my PC3K, if i can fix whatever the problem my drive has. Currently, the drive no clicking sound at all whenever you power up the drive. The drive would power up perfectly fine and spin as well. So when you connect this drive to the PC3K, it would just stay busy and cannot get to SA.
